We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 calendar days to request a return starting from when you receive the item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it and in its original product packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please contact us at support@intoyoucosmetics.com to start a return. We will provide you the return address by this customer service email. However, you shall be responsible for shipping expenses. Once we receive the item and approve the return, a refund will be returned to your original payment method.
Please be advised that you should always first request a return by contacting us before sending to-be-returned items back to us.

Please check your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issues and solve them as soon as possible.
If you do not notify us of a defective or damaged product, we will assume the product was not damaged or defective when you received it. If a damaged item is returned without notifying us of the damage, we will not be able to process the return.
If you wish to exchange one bought item for another one, you can place a new order for that one once your return request is accepted, such that you can get your new item with the least amount of time.
We will notify you when we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if your refund was approved or not. If yes, your refund will be automatically returned to your original payment method. Please be aware that it may take a week for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
